Dear Craftsperson,
It is my pleasure to invite you to participate in the 2010 Pumpkin Festival Craft Fair to be held on Saturday, October 16, 2010, in Keene, New Hampshire! The Pumpkin Festival has attracted over 50,000 people, brings thousands of dollars of revenue to the area and is THE event of the Monadnock Region. Needless to say, this is a very popular craft fair for New England crafters.
The Pumpkin Festival Craft Fair is a juried, outdoor event that is festive, fun and most importantly financially successful! Crafters should be from the New England area, and merchandise must be handmade. If you did not participate in the 2010 Pumpkin Festival, please send photos of your products, as crafters will go through a selection process.
Please review the enclosed application and agreement carefully, as the Pumpkin Festival has grown and space may be limited. This year we are happy to provide 10X10 space and will allow a little extra space so the vendors have room to place their tents.
I advise you to take advantage of the publicity and send your application in by July 1, 2010.
Please note that campers and RV’s are not allowed to park in the NGM parking lot. If you do arrive in a camper or RV you will have to park at your own discretion.
